荷叶天然染料的提取及用于真丝绸染色
Extraction of natural dye from lotus leaves and its application to dyeing of silk

Abstract
This thesis discusses the extraction conditions for natural dye from lotus leaves, analyzes the application of the extract of lotus leaves to the dyeing conditions of silk fabrics, tests the dyeing effects of silk and optimizes the extraction of natural dye from lotus leaves as well as the application of the extract to the dyeing conditions. It is found that there are more natural dye can be extracted from lotus leaves in alkaline conditions, whose the optimum conditions are shown as follows: the concentration of Na2CO3 is 0.150 mol/L, natural dye is extracted at 100 癈 for 60 min and the rate of material to liquid is 1 : 40. The optimum conditions for silk direct dyeing with alkaline extract are that the pH value of dye liquor is 3 and fabrics are dyed at 90 癈 for 60 min and the liquor ratio is 1 '. 50. Silk dyed by the extract of lotus leaves has favorable rub-resistance color fastness and soaping-resistance color fastness. Besides, mordant dyeing is helpful to improve the color fastness of dyed silk.关键词
