摘要

Abstract

Adopt ME reactive dyes dye silk fabric by micro-suspension dyeing. This thesis compares the differences between micro-suspension dyeing (MSD) and the traditional dyeing. The results indicate that MSD process does not change the adsorption isotherm of silk but significantly improves diffusion rate of ME reactive dyes in silk fiber. Compared with traditional dyeing, MSD obviously improves dyeing rate, dyeing percentage and fixation percentage. Besides, MSD does not affect the levelling property of dyeing and the detergency of surface dyeing but improves the fixation ability of ME reactive dyes to dye silk fabric. Using ME reactive dyes to dye silk fabric can provides favorable the color fastness of dyeing. The color fastness of MSD and the traditional dyeing is basically the same.
