Study on Information Commons for Technical Standard Information

Abstract
This article introduces the information commons development trends since 1990' s from both domestic and abroad. Through researches of literature reviews and case studies of information commons, as well as those technologies which related with information commons services, general suggestions are made for National Library of Standards to built up technical standards information commons.关键词
