Abstract
In view of the construction management model and project characteristics of Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station, Bailianhe Pumped Storage Company carries out explorations and practices in the construction management of project from the aspects of focusing management planning, implementing the concept of "four-in-one", managing security risks, controlling project quality and construction progress, optimizing design and construction program, ensuring the supply of materials and controlling project cost. These measures guarantee the achievements of project goals and can also be as references to the construction management of other similar projects.关键词
