摘要

Abstract

The causes of possible electrical and mechanical accidents of hydropower unit are analyzed, and corresponding measures for dealing with these accidents are also proposed respectively. For electrical accidents, the generator circuit breaker and de-excitation switch need to be tripped as soon as possible to cut off the power source, and for mechanical accidents, the load need to be discharged firstly and then the swatches tripped to avoid unit over—speed and the impact of load rejection on power grid. According to these characteristics, the double accident shutdown process and hard-wired emergency stop circuit are designed. This dual redundancy design ensures the flexible changeover of software and hardware function, the convenient maintenance, and the safe and easy operation of unit.
