摘要

Abstract

For dealing with the problems of difficult to formulate evaluation methods and standards scientifically in the integral tender of feasibility study and design of water resources and hydropower projects, the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model is developed based on fuzzy mathematical theory for comparing the design schemes after analyzing the characteristics of integral tender of feasibility study and design. The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of each factor in the model for scoring each scheme. This method will make the scheme selection more scientific.
