Study on forecasting human hydropower project resources demand of large-scale development for owners
摘要
Abstract
Development of large-scale hydropower project requires inputting much financial capital, but also a tremendous amount of human resources in the period of project delivery. It is critical to accurately know the demand of human resources for owners to facilitate optimum arrangements. This study develops a human resources forecasting model that is validated by a hydropower project. This model could be used to forecast the demand of human resources for owners in development of hydropower projects.关键词
