Research on Mechanical Properties of Heat-treated Sisal Fiber/PLA Composites and Its Preparation
摘要
Abstract
The sisal fiber was pretreated in the vacuum oven, and then a kind of environmentally friendly composites was prepared with polylactic acid and pretreated sisal fiber, especially, the content of plant fiber was 50%. The effects of the heat treatment temperature and time on the composition and structure of sisal fiber and mechanical properties of composites in the vacuum condition were investigated, and the mechanism was studied by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that: after heat treatment in the vacuum, the hemicelluloses degrade and the interface bonding improves, and also appropriate heat treatment temperature and time is favorable to improve the mechanical properties of composites.关键词
