康复护理对地震伤员日常生活活动能力的影响因素分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of rehabilitation care for the ac-tivities of daily life(ADL) of the earthquake wounded and its influencing factors. Methods:The earthquake hurt patients in postoperative rehabilita-tion period were divided into observation group and control group,the ob-servation group included the wounded accepting rehabilitative care,and the control group included the wounded accepting the routine care. The im-provement of ADL score of observation group was better than that of con-trol group. ADL of the observation group to improve the situation than the contrpl group (P = 0. 002),older,renal failure,anxiety,spinal fractures,up-per extremity fractures, lower extremity fractures, compound fractures were the risk factors that affect ADL. Conclusion:Early intervention reha-bilitation care for the earthquake wounded is the important measure to pro-mote their activities of daily living recovery,at the same time the elderly, renal failure,compound fractures and anxiety have a negative impact on the efficacy.关键词
