电子支气管镜下吸痰对气管置管病人的影响
Influence of electronic bronchoscopic suctioning on patients undergoing trachea cannula
摘要
Abstract
Obejctive:To probe into the influence of regular care and electronic bronchoscopic suctioning interventions on patients with respiratory tract infection accepting tracheotomy indwelling casing. Methods: The patients meting the standards were divided into two groups according to the order of cases selected,control group patients accepted conventional care,improvement group patients increased electronic bronchoscopic suctioning on the basis of the routine care, and electronic bronchoscopic suction was carried out once respectively on the 3th days, 10th days, 14th days after intervention. Then to monitor the oxygen saturation of patients and observe the number of patients with artificial airway sputum(times of replace the casing when sputum blocking the trachea). Results; Oxygen saturation of improvement group patients was higher than that of control group,the number of patients with the artificial airway sputum was significantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion: Electronic bronchoscopic suctioning may reduce the artificial airway sputum formation and improve oxygen saturation of them.关键词
