Study on Rooting Rate of Different Varieties of Rosa damascena Mill.Cutting
摘要
Abstract
The Rosa damascena Mill, belongs to Rosa of Rosaceae . which is rich of Rose oil. It can be bred by cutting traditionally. However the rose from Canada has low rooting rate. So in order to improve the rate four different concentrations of ABT and three substrates for three varieties of Rosa rugosa cutting were selected in the study. At the same timei a favorable temperature and humidity should be controlled well. The results showed that the rooting rate of the four seasons was the highest , and celsiana had lowest rate. The best substrate was perlite, and the favorite concentrations of ABT for three varietie were 50 mg ·kg-1 ,100 mg ·kg-1 and 30 mg ·kg-1, respectively.关键词
