摘要
Abstract
Shares transfer of management rights of rural contracted land is a heated topic in the academic and decision- making field. Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the three patterns of shares transfer of rural con- tracted land management rights in China, the paper comes to the conclusion that the existing feasible transfer model is the shares-holding farmer specialized cooperative. It points out the existing obstacles and legal dilemmas, and then put for- ward some countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
