Abstract
Objective To establish a new method for determining the contents of glycine in the human coagulation factor Ⅷ. Methods The content of glycine was determined using internal standard method by HPLC on the reversed phase chromatographic column at the wavelength of 254 nm. Results The resolution of glycine and internal standard substance was consistent with the requirements. There was a good linear relationship for glycine in the range of 0.135 2 -0.811 2 mg/ml. The RSD was 0. 13% in the accuracy test. The average recovery rate was 99.73% with RSD of 1.03%. RSD of the stability was 1.2% for sample solutions. Conclusion The established method is accurate,and can be used to determine the contents of glycine in the human coagulation factor Ⅷ.关键词
