摘要
Abstract
Carbapenems are most often used to treat infections caused by enterobacteria that produce extended-spectrum beta-lactamases. Carbapenem resistance in Enterobacteriaceae can be conferred by carbapenemase and other resistance mechanisms. Modified Hodge test revealed great sensitivity but showed a few false positive results. Tigecycline,Colistin and Fosfo-mycin can be used to treat carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae. The antimicrobial stewardship and infection control policies is necessary in fight against carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceae.关键词
