Expression of IL-2 and IL-10 on Gastric Mucosal of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Patients
目的 探计幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染对患者胃黏膜局部IL-2及IL-10表达的影响.方法 联合胃镜检测以及病理检查将患者分为对照组和胃炎组、溃疡组和胃癌组,胃炎、胃癌或溃疡的诊断依据胃镜下所见和病理检测结果,H.pylori感染以镜下组织学观察找到H.pylori为依据,IL-2和IL-10的表达采用免疫组化方法检测.结果 胃炎组和胃癌组与对照组相比,IL-2表达降低(P＜0.05),IL-10在各组患者中表达也有差异,但差异无统计学意义…查看全部>>
Objective To analyze the relationship between Helicobacter pylori ( H. Pylori) infection and the expression of IL-2 and IL-10 in patients. Methods All patients were diagnosed by both gastroscopy and pathological examination. The expression of IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by immunohistochemical method in patients.
