Abstract
Objective To discuss the application of Australia allowable limits of performance in routine chemistry external quality assessment schemes. Methods Data of test items including K,Na,Cl,Ca,P,Glu,TC,TG,Urea,UA,Cre,TP, Alb, Tbil,ALT,AST,ALP, AMY,CK,LDH,Fe,Mg, ACP and GGT were collected and evaluated by a nationwide external quality assessment (EQA). Then the results were analysed. Results The evaluation items use Australia allowable limits of performance as acceptable limits. As for items of K,Na,Cl.P,Glu,TC,TG,Urea,UA,Cre,TP,Alb,Tbil,ALT.AST,AMY, CK,LDH,Mg and GGT,about 80% of participant laboratories could achieve Australia allowable limits of performance except for the items of ALP,Ca,Fe and ACP. Conclusion The situation that about 80% of participant laboratories can achieve the Australia allowable limits of performance in the mostly items of the external quality assessment programs indicates the Australia allowable limits of performance apply to routine chemistry external quality assessment programs in china.关键词
