贵州地区布依族人群MNS血型基因GYPA和GYPB的群体遗传学研究
Study on the Population Genetics of GYPA and GYPB Gene about the MNS Blood Group in Guizhou Buyi Nationality

Abstract
Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of GYPA and GYPB gene about the MNS blood group in Guizhou Buyi nationality. Methods The MNS blood type were detected in 138 cases of the Buyi nationality donors. At the same time, the sequencing were analyzed on the second exon of GYPA and the third exon of GYPB. Results Had obtained the MNS antigen frequency and the gene sequence in Guizhou Buyi nationality. The antigen of M was 53. 26% ,N was 46. 74% , S was 2. 54% and the s was 97. 46%. The investigation finded the MNS blood group's characteristics of the Guizhou Buyi nationality and no difference in the descendiblity with Chinese Han. Conclusion In this study, the databases of the MNS blood group's serology and molecular biology were supplemented lacuna in Guizhou Buyi nationality. This study argued both of Guizhou Buyi nationality and Chinese Han have confluent characters. This study had established base for clinical blood transfusion,organ transplants,genetic relationship and ethnic migration.关键词
