Abstract
Objective On method from the basis of "initial application of quality control method for the sample tailed inspection" aimed at the incontrollable situation of "collection degree" for "collection value quality controlled sample (Z sample)" during the period of counting WBC which maybe appear in the actual application, set up a plan "calibration of difference value" to make the method could had a nature wider selection scope in"Z sample" for the purpose of "cumulation of difference value( Si)"could tail more nicety and sensitive to the"O"difference. Methods By more extension analysis to the method theory, test principle and deviation reason, the calibration formula could be set up. Namely,difference value of calibration (Z sample of actual bench )= actual bench difference value of Z sample+(the first value of the first Z sample-first value of actual bench Z sample) X difference value of actual bench Z sample%, Si was calculated by the help of difference value of calibration. Results After calibration, all the original difference value of Z sample in series of trailed method correspond to the "difference value" at the level of content value for the first sample, timely eliminating the influence of reliability and sensitive degree to Si caused by low content of "collection degree". Conclusion Calibration formula of difference value is reasonable, which may solve the "interference of difference value" caused by the difference of the series Z sample value;after calibration of difference value, the applicability of Z sample being used for quality control to more items can be improved.关键词
