摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze serological features of patients with difficult crossmatching, to find effective and safe blood transfusion response. Methods From 2006 to 2010 the results of serological testing of blood samples of 182 cases with difficult crossmatching from the hospitals in Wuxi were retrospectively analyzed, and of which 123 cases were identified to confirm the specificity of irregular antibodies, and by the patients gender, age, type of disease and blood transfusion history the mathematical statistics are respectively done. Results Of 182 blood samples of patients with difficult crossmatching, the irregular antibodies were detected in 123 cases (67. 6%) ,and of which the male was 46. 3%, female was 53. 7%; aged≤35 years old in 16 cases,35 to 60 of 40 patients,≥60 years of age in 67 cases. The patients with leukemia or cancer accounted for 38. 2% and a history of blood transfusion accounted for 62. 6%. Detected with species-specific antibodies in 63 cases (51. 2%),the pure anti-Rh system antibodies had caused difficulties with crossmatching in 41 patients (65. 1%) and other antibodies in 22 cases (34. 9%). Conclusion What are patients with pregnancy history, the elderly and suffering from leukemia or cancer is easy to produce difficult crossmatching before transfusion. Encountering difficult crossmatching, such as by experimental conditions and time limits, in addition to autoantibodies, the Rh system antigens can be considered first, and select the same antigens of Rh system in the difficult crossmatching.关键词
