放化疗结合靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移91例疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To investigate treatment, recent curative effect and forward survival for brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 91 patients with brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The recent effective rate was 55. 77% (29/52) in chemoradio-therapy group, 69. 23%(27/39) in chemoradio and targeted therapy group. The recent effective rate was not significantly higher in chemoradio and targetedtherapy group than chemoradio-therapy group (P=0. 191,>0. 05). 1 year survival rate was 5. 77% (3/52) , and midian survival time was 7. 9 months in chemoradio-therapy group. In chemoradio and targeted therapy group, 1 year survival rate was 12. 82% (5/39) , and midian survival time was 11. 8 months. 1 year survival time was significantly higher in chemoradio and targeted therapy group than chemoradio-therapy group (P<C0. 01). All 91 patients had no intolerant adverse reaction. Conclution: Chemoradio and targetedtherapy is effective treatment for brain metastasis nonsmall-cell lung cancer.关键词
