妇科肿瘤患者配偶性生活质量量表的研制
Development of Quality of Intercourse Scale for Spouses with Gynecologic Tumor Patients

Abstract
Objective:To develop and evaluate the reliability and validity of the quality of intercourse scale for Spouses with Gynecologic Tumor patients (QISGT). Methods:The preliminary QISGT was developed by methods of literature review, individual interview, focus group discussion and statistics. The scale was used to 192 spouses with Gynecologic Tumor patients. A series of statistic analyses were conducted such as factor analysis, pearson correlation analysis, etc. A comprehensive set of psychometric tests were performed on the final version. Results:Psychometric tests with the application of stringent criteria confirmed in internal consistency (Cronbach's a =0. 871) , the test-retest reliability( r=0. 733) .construct validity (factor analysis confirms the hypothesis of the scale) ,response rate 96. 7% .effective rate 93.7%. Conclusions;The QIS-GT is a practicable and scientific scale for the evaluation of Sex life quality.关键词
