TLR4启动子遗传变异及环境交互与不明原因复发性流产易感性的关系
Relationshipbetween TLR4 Promoter SNPs, Environmental Factors and Susceptivity of URSA
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the interaction between TLR4-rs10983755, ss77136219 SNPs and environmental factors on unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA)susceptibility. Methods: TLR4 promoter genotypes of rs10983755 and SS77136219 in 240 healthy controls and 183 cases of URSA peripheral blood DNA were detected. Distributions of -AA/AG/GG genotypes and the frequencies were compared between URSA group and healthy controls. Further more, interactions of TLR4-ss77136219 SNP and environmental factors were analyzed between cases and controls. Results :TLR4-ss77136219-GG/GA were risk genotypes of URSA, -AA genotype was protective factor of URSA, TLR4-SS77136219-GG/GA and older than 30 years old interacted synergistically for the risk of URSA in Southern China population. Conclusions: URSA is a complex disease maybe due to interactions of genes and environmental risk factors.关键词
