压电阀电一机械转换器结构设计分析
Design and analysis for electromechanical converter of piezoelectric valve

Abstract
To improve the static and dynamic performances of the existing nozzle flapper electro-hydraulic servo valve, the piezoelectric bimorph and beryllium bronze were adopted to prepare the electromechanical converter of nozzle flapper piezoelectric valve. The influence of such structural parameters as the width, length and thickness of both piezoelectric and metal layers on the static and dynamic performances of the electromechanical converter was investigated. The results show that the width has no effect on the static and dynamic performances, and the output displacement is proportional to the square of length. With increasing the length, the amplitude frequency and fundamental frequcncy reduce. With increasing the thickness of metal layer or piezoelectric layer, the output displacement reduces, while the amplitude frequency and fundamental frequency increase. Finally, the simulation analysis on the vibration mode of electromechanical converter was performed. The result shows that the design requirements can be satisfied.关键词
