基于系统效率最优的新型混合动力汽车控制策略
Control strategy for novel hybrid electric vehicle based on system efficiency optimization
摘要
Abstract
In order to fully exert the control effect in electric vehicle, a scheme for the power transmission both saving fuel and reducing emission for hybrid system of novel hybrid electric vehicle based on planetary gear mechanism was studied. Based on the performance testing and numerical modeling for the key parts of driving system, the efficiency of engine, ISG motor, power battery pack and transmission system was comprehensively considered. The lognitudinal dynamic equations of the system in the typical operating modes were analyzed, and the models for system efficiency were derived. The control strategy for whole vehicle based on system efficiency optimization under all operating conditions was proposed. The switching rule of operating modes and the control strategy of gear shift for whole vehicle were determined. In the MATLAB/Simulink environment, the simulation model for the performance of whole vehicle was established. The results show that with the proposed control strategy, the power performance and fuel economy of whole vehicle get enhanced obviously compared with the traditional vehicles. Finally, the proposed scheme is verified with the bench tests.关键词
