Abstract
Nano MoS2 catalysts were prepared from a ball-milled mixture of MoO3 and S by mechanical activation and then calcination at 400-800 X. In an atmosphere of Ar for 80 min. The products were characterized by means of BET, XRD, SEM and TEM. The performances of the catalysts in the hydrodeoxygenation of 4-methylphenol were investigated. The results showed that the obtained MoS2 catalysts had low stacking layer structure with a length of 100 nm and a thickness of less 10 nm, high specific surface area(about 83.6 m2/g) and monodispersion. The catalytic activity of the MoS2 prepared at calcinations temperature 500
℃ was the highest and the conversion of 4-methylphenol was 58.2%. The hydrodeoxygenation mainly favored deoxygenation route, but as the calcination temperature of the MoS2 catalysts was heightened, the selectivity to hydrogenation pathway was enhanced gradually.关键词
