抗高温苯基阳离子淀粉降滤失剂的合成及性能
Synthesis and Properties of High Temperature-Resistant Phenyl Cationic Starch Filtrate Reducer

Abstract
A novel phenyl cationic starch(PCS) filtrate reducer was synthesized from epoxy chloropropane, phenyl amine and sodium carboxylmethyl starch(CMS). The filtrate reducer which is high temperature-resistant up to 160 ℃ can be used for drilling fluid. The structure and thermal stability of PCS were characterized by FTIR and DTA-TG. The results show that phenyl cation groups are introduced into the structure of CMS and the decomposition temperature of PCS is 230 ℃. The effect of the synthesis conditions on the filtrate property of PCS was investigated. The results indicate that the optimum conditions for PCS synthesis are m(PC) : m(CMS) 1 : 4, 80 T and 5 h. The properties of PCS drilling fluid were studied by means of portable roller oven and America Petroleum Institute(API) filter press. The results demonstrate that the API filtration of PCS is only 8.4 mL after aging at 160 ℃ for 16 h. Therefore, the product PCS has excellent thermal stability at 160 ℃,关键词
