泌页HF1井是河南油田第1口页岩油气勘探井.根据泌页HF1井邻井情况和施工技术难点,对井身结构、钻井液体系和固井技术进行了设计.该井先钻导眼井,再回填侧钻,三开结构.二开定向侧钻段应用水基聚合物钻井液,钻遇大段泥、页岩地层时发生严重井壁失稳.三开井段采用旋转导向、白油基钻井液体系和尾管回接固井等新技术,保证了井下钻进安全、井眼质量及固井质量,提高了钻井速度.三开只用6d一趟钻钻完进尺1 122m,水平段长1044m,平均井径扩大率3.88%,起下…查看全部>>
Well BY-1HF is the first exploration well drilled in shale formation in He'nan Oilfield. Based on the information of adjacent wells and technical difficulties, the wellbore structure, drilling fluid and cementing technique are designed. Firstly, the pilot hole is drilled, and then backfilled and side tracked.
