甘氨双唑钠增敏食管癌后程加速超分割放疗协同化疗的临床研究
Late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy combined with CMNa plus concurrent chemtherapy for esophageal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy combined with radiosensitizer glycodidazolium natrium (CMNa) plus concurrent chemotherapy for patients with esophageal carcinoma (n =30 in each group) and to investigate the related mechanism. Methods Sixty patients with pathologically approved and untreated esophageal carcinoma in varions stages were randomly assigned to receive late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy combined with CMNa plus concurrent chemotherapy (LCAHR + C + CMNa group) or late course accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy(LCAHR + C group). Tumor size was measured by CT scan or X-ray before,in the 4th week of and after the treatment. The short-term efficacy was evaluated. Results The short-term effective rate of LCAHR + C + CMNa and LCAHR + C groups was 93. 3% (28/30) and 73.3% (22/30) Respectively; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in adverse reaction rate between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Radiosensitizer glycodidazolium natrium may enhance the short-term efficacy of LCAHR + C in patients with esophageal carcinoma and the side effects are tolerable.关键词
