Abstract
Objective To assess the adverse reactions of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in patients with intermediate-advanced cervical cancer. Methods Clinical data of 398 patients with intermediate-advanced cervical cancer receiving concurrent chemoradiotherapy and 152 patients receiving radical radiotherapy alone were retrospectively analyzed. The adverse reactions of two groups were compared and the risk factors were analyzed. Results The radiation cystitis and radiation enteritis rates in chemoradiotherapy group were higher than those in radiotherapy group (25. 1% vs 12. 5% , 10.5% vs 3.3% , respectively; both P<0.05). There were no significant differences in adverse reactions of reproductive system, skin and subcutaneous tissue (P > 0.05) . Conclusion Compared to radiotherapy alone, concurrent chemoradiotherapy for inoperable patients with intermediate-advanced cervical cancer has higher adverse response rate. It is necessary to take early prevention to reduce the adverse response rate.关键词
