冷冻睾丸精子行卵泡浆内单精子注射术的结局评估
Analysis of outcomes of cryopreserved testicular sperm from OA for ICSI

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the fertilization and pregnancy rates for in vitro intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) using either cryopreserved testicular sperm or fresh sperm obtained from the patients with obstructive azoospermia(OA) by surgery. Method: A total of 268 couples including 237 couples using fresh testicular sperm and 31 couples using frozen-thawed testicular sperm were performed with IVF/ICSI cycles in our hospital from 2007 to 2010. The data were retrospective analyzed. Results: The number of mature oocytes retrieved (14. 13 + 7. 41 vs. 14. 31 + 8. 14), fertilization rate (82. 99% vs. 84. 17%), implantation rate (24. 08% vss. 25. 64%) and clinical pregnancy rates (43. 88% vs. 48. 39%) were not significantly different between the fresh and frozen-thawed sperm groups. Conclusions; These results showed that application of frozen-thawed testicular sperm does not appear to reduce fertilization or clinical pregnancy rates. ICSI using frozen-thawed testicular sperm from obstructive azoospermia patients is an effective and safe method.关键词
