摘要

Abstract

The paper's example is located at the fourth span of No. 2 Port Bridge in the extension project of Hangzhou East Railway Station of reconstructed Hangzhou Railway Terminal. The construction of the placement of box girder from high position is introduced in this paper. The paper introduces emphatically the scheme comparison about the construction of girder placement from high position, the structure design of girder-placement system, construction technology and safety methods, especially using the method of support frame plus steel strand and using the self-locking jack technology. As a result, with these construction technologies, the problem that the prestressed concrete box girder should be dropped down safely, stably, quickly and accurately from high position was solved well. The paper can provide a good reference for the construction of the similar projects too.
