血必净注射液灌肠治疗外科脓毒症的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effects of retention enema by Xuebijing injection in treating surgical patients with sepsis. [Methods] The 60 cases of surgical patients with sepsis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The early fluid resuscitation and anti-infective therapy were used in both groups,while the observation group was added with retention enema of Xuebijing injection,once a day. The therapeutic effects,including hemogram white blood cell count (WBC),C-reactive protein (CRP),D-dimer changes were then observed one week later. [Results] After treatment for 1 week,the total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 60% in control group. The WBC,CRP,and D-dimer were all significantly different between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). But the neutrophil counts had no significant difference between the two groups. [Conclusion] Xuebijing retention enema can promote the improvement of sepsis and coagulation disorder.关键词
