痛风宁防治急性痛风性关节炎的实验研究
Experiment study of Tongfengning in preventing and curing acute gouty arthritis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of the preventing and curing effect of Tongfengning on acute gouty arthritis in rats. [Methods] The 70 rats were randomly divided into seven groups: the blank group,the model group,traditional Chinese medicine control group,Western medicine control group,Tongfengning high,medium and low doses groups,with 10 rats in each group. The uric acid sodium and oxygen polybenzoxazines potassium were used to induce acute gouty arthritis in rats. The joint swelling degree and serum uric acid levels in rats were determined. [Results] Tongfengning could inhibit foot swelling,reduce serum uric acid levels. [Conclusion] Tongfengning has certain preventive and therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis in rats. The effect of Tongfengning high dose and medium dose group is more obvious.关键词
