摘要

Abstract

A large amount of higher alkynes were produced as byproduct in acetylene production of Sinopec Sichuan Vinylon Works, which was separated by solvent adsorption method from acetylene and then sent to power station as fuel. Small residue of higher alkynes in raw acetylene was further removed by washing with concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain required purification of acetylene. In above processes of removing higher alkynes, the higher alkynes all weren't recovered. The significance of recovering and utilizing the higher alkynes were pointed out, and a concept of recovering the higher alkynes by solvent absorption technology and using them as raw materials to produce chemicals and fuel were presented and discussed.
