摘要

Abstract

In this paper, large-scale ANSYS finite element software is used to establish the spatial models of the old-fashioned cradle and new pre-stressed cradle. Physical reinforcement method is used to simulate pre-stressed steel structure, and the pre-stressing force is simulated by cooling method. Both material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity are considered in the analysis. Comparative analysis of the mechanical performance, deformation regulation and yield load are made. The results show that the deformation amplitude of the pre-stressed cradle is changed, especially the tensile stress of 45-degree diagonal rib panel significantly improved, which can improve the yield load of the component.
