摘要

Abstract

In the process of transmission tower foundation construction,rebar often need to be bent into various shapes in order to adapt to the needs of the project. Steel bending machine is a kind of important steel processing machinery. How to more effectively improve mechanical production efficiency and reduce labor intensity and Improve its controllable and security are the problems needed to be solved in the design. Based on researching and summarizing current domestic some existing reinforced bending machine related material,this paper designs a reinforced diameter of 12 to 30 mm multi-function reinforced bending machine. Its advantage is that it has the good function of bending angle control and automatic returning. At the same time,the mould in working mesa has been reasonably designed and the mould structure is simple,which is easy to realize various curved shape,for example the square,rectangle,hexagonal,round and other common shapes.
