汉代八牛虎耳贮贝器的矫形研究
Study on the shape correction of the cowrie- container with tiger handles and eight yaks of Han dynasty
摘要
Abstract
In order to restore a bronze cowrie - container having tiger - handles and an eight yak design, fiom the Shanghai Museum, a device for correcting its shape was designed to restore it aceording to deformation features of the container. During the shape - correction process, the device efficiently eorreeted the shape. The device provides good support when forces were applied on the container, thus avoiding fracture of the eontainer. This shape correction device is easy to use and has good prospects for restoration of other objeets.关键词
