摘要

Abstract

This paper uses ADINA software to calculate the temperature field and stress field of the rotor. Based on the data calculated by ADINA,this paper identifies the mathematical models of temperature and stress. So the nonlinear model of the process parameters and life damage of rotor is decomposed into a static non-linear and a dynamic linear model,and estimation model between the process parameters and life damage of rotor is established. Experiments on a domestic 300MW steam turbine are shown to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method to model rotor life loss under cold starting conditions and high pressure.
