上提综采面破碎顶板片帮冒顶分析与控制技术研究
Side and roof falling of broken roof in full-mechanized face with a raise of mining upper limit and its control technology
摘要
Abstract
The side and roof falling is one of the main factors restricting the safe and high efficient mining of the fully-mechanized coal face. In order to control the side and roof falling of fully mechanized face with a raise of mining upper limit, we study its mechanism and analyze the major effect factors on coal wall spalling and roof falling, including geological impact, broken roof, the mining impact of neighboring coal face,mining pressure factors,et al. Using FLAC3D software,influence of the neighboring coal face mining on the coal face with a raise of mining upper limit is analyzed through the numerical method. The results show that the spalling and roof falling occurs for the working face with a great probabilities due to the mining impact of neighboring coal face. On the basis of the above study, the control scheme of side fall roof is put forward by injecting Malisan to reinforce coal side. After the scheme is carried out, it controls effectively end-face fall and large area of rib spalling, making the coal face turn to normal working cycle.关键词
