T-2毒素对软骨细胞整合素表达的影响及硒的拮抗作用

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of T-2 toxin and selenium on integrins expression to explore the relationship of T-2 toxin and selenium with the etiology of Kashin-Bcck disease. Methods We used MTT assay to assess the proliferation of chondrocytes C-28/I2 treated with different concentrations of T-2 toxin and select the optimal time and concentration of T-2 toxin. Meanwhile, Real-time PCR was used to analyze the expression of integrins treated wih T-2 toxin or selenium. Results T-2 toxin could inhibit the proliferation of chondrocytes C-28/I2. Integrins profile changed with the addition of T-2 toxin; the significantly upregulated integrins were av and Pi, while the downregulated integrins were a2, a5 and P5. Moreover, selenium could partly block the integrins changes. Conclusion T-2 toxin could obviously inhibit the growth of chondrocytes while selenium could protect chondrocytes by antagonizing the expression of integrins.关键词
