多囊卵巢综合征患者抗苗勒氏管激素与干细胞因子的相关性
Correlation between anti-mullerian hormone and stem cell factor in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome
摘要
Abstract
To study the expressions of and correlation between anti-mullerian hormone (AMH ) and stem cell factor (SCF) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome <PCOS). Methods We recruited 102 patients with PCOS and 90 controls who all had received in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) at the age of less than 35 years. The levels of AMH and SCF protein in serum and follicular fluid were examined by ELISA; the relative rnRNA expression in granulosa cells was detected by real-time PCR. The relationship between AMH and SCF expressions was analyzed by Pearson's correlation, Results ① The expression of AMH was significantly increased in serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cells in PCOS group; however, SCF showed an obvious decrease in PCOS group compared with control group (P<0. 01). ②The expressions of AMH and SCF showed a significant negative correlation in serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cells of the patients with PCOS (P<0.01), Conclusion The expressions of AMH and SCF show a significantly negative correlation in serum, follicular fluid and granulosa cells of patients with PCOS,关键词
