Abstract
Taking the Cotton Textile Technology for an example .how to build up the top quality sci-tech periodicals was analyzed and discussed. With the establishment of the socialist market economy system, the sci-tech periodicals have entered the market, it is pointed out that implementing the sci-tech periodicals exquisite strategy, accurating market positioning is the foundation, setting up the firm service concept is basis, fostering solid technical strength is the key, developing pluralistic form of transmission is the direction.关键词
