Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the effect of transabdominal or transvaginal ultrasound - guided interventional treatment on pelvic innocuous ovarian cysts. Methods: Treatment group (164 cases of pelvic ovarian cysts) underwent ultrasound - guided transabdominal or transvaginal puncture normal saline (or Metronidazole injection) washed cysts and then anhydrous alcohol was used to inactivat cyst wall. Control group ( 127 cases of pelvic ovarian cysts) were stripped in laparoscopic. Operation time, postoperative adverse reaction, complications, treatment effect, and recurrence rate of the gtwo groups were compared and analysed. Results: The effects of two groups were good, the total effective rate were 96. 34% and 98. 43% in treatment group and control group respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). Postoperative adverse reaction and complications of treatment group were less than that of the control group, the differences were significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Ultrasound - guided interventional treatment of ovarian cysts is safe, effective, minimally invasive, and it is the first choice for clinical treatment.关键词
