摘要

Abstract

Soil microorganism and enzyme activities of artificial Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica in Mu Us sand land were measured. The results showed that the soil microorganism and enzyme activities were different from different plantation ages. Compared with the wind-drift sand, the number of soil microorganism increased sharply, soil enzyme activities strengthened significantly. The number of soil microorganism showed a rising trend with the plantation ages, the incease rate peaked during the 6-20 year period, soil enzyme activities strengthened constantly in general. The number of soil microorganism and enzyme activities dropped gradually with soil depth, and achieved significant difference levels in the two indices of plantation age and soil depth. It was found that soil biological properties and soil fertility levels were improved gradually, after the establishment of artificial P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation in the wind-drift sandy lands.
