摘要

Abstract

Apricot trees were used in this experiment to study the effects of different concentrations of tria-contanol (TA) on photosynthesis of the trees. The results showed that there were two peaks in the diurnal variations of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance (G.) , transpiration rate (Tr) and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci), the sequence of Pn. G, and T, was 1. 0 mg · L-1> 0. 5 mg · L-1 > 0. 3 mg · L->0.1 mg · L-1>CK> 3. 0 mg · L-1, while the sequence of Ci was 3. 0 mg · L-1 <1 mg · L-1< 0.5 mg · L-1<0. 3 mg · L-1<0. 1 mg · L-1<CK. With the increase of TA concentration, water use efficiency (WUE) and stomatal limitation value (Ls) increased. Different concentration of TA had different results to chlorophyll content, only 3. 0 mg · L-1 was significant. The suitable concentration for spraying was 1.0 mg · L-1.
