基于植被指数的马尾松叶绿素含量估算模型
Estimation Modles for Chlorophyll Content of Pinus massoniana Based on Vegetable Indices

Abstract
Relationship between vegetation indices of Pinusmassoniana derived from the reflection spectrum of canopy and chlorophyll content. The spectral reflectance of canopy was measured by ASD Handheld Spectrometer in field and chlorophyll content was measured in the lab at the same time. The relationships between vegetation indices and chlorophyll content were analyzed with statistical method, and the corresponding estimation models were established. The results showed that when the correlation analysis between chlorophyll content and vegetation indices was adopted , the maximum correlated coefficient appeared between chlorophyll content and TCARI. Some estimation models were built based on the results of correlation analysis. The predictive precisions were checked for those models in order to determine the best estimation models for chlorophyll content. The fittest model was y=exp(0. 686 + ( - 2. 765) ×x). These results suggested that the hyperspectral estimation models can be used to estimate chlorophyll content of P. massoniana.关键词
