Non-fragile Guaranteed Cost Control for a Class of Uncertain Singular Time-varying Delay Systems with Nonlinear Perturbation

Abstract
The non-fragile guaranteed cost control problem is studied in this paper for a class of uncertain singular time-varying delay systems with nonlinear perturbation. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and LMI approach, sufficient conditions for the existence of the non-fragile control law are given, and the design procedure is presented. The designed control law ensures the stability of the closed-loop systems, and a corresponding upper bound of the closed-loop cost function value is obtained for all admissible uncertainties. Furthermore, a numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.关键词
