Isolation and identification of an endophytic fungus from Astragalus membranaceu
摘要
Abstract
Fourty-nine strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root, stem and leaf of Astragalus membranaceus, among them the strain AR08 had stronger antimicrobial activity and wider antimicrobial spectrum. The classification results showed that AR08 identified as Aspergillus fumigatus. It had strong resistance to G+ bacteria, G~ bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi.关键词
