Abstract
China has a long history of traditional food, rich cultural connotations; has enormous intangible value and natural brand. With the development of society, many traditional food companies arc facing operational difficulties or even bankruptcy of embarrassment. Based on the tradition of centering enterprises in Chinese survey and analysis, develop a suitable experience of catering enterprises in Chinese traditional marketing model and implementation strategy.关键词
