摘要

Abstract

Poly(acrylic acid-acrylamide)/sodium humate (P (AA-AM)/SH) composite superabsorbent resin is prepared in aqueous solution by using glow-discharge electrolysis plasma. Acrylic acid, acrylamide and sodium humate are used as raw material and N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent. The synthesis conditions, such as the discharge voltage, discharge time, crosslinking agent, amounts of sodium humate. Molar ratio of A A/AM and neutralization degree of acrylic acid, are examined in detail. The structure and thermal stability of the resulting products are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). In addition, the influence of pH and NaCl solution on the swelling behavior, reswelling property and water retention are also investigated. The results show that at the optimal synthesis conditions, the superabsorbent resin has higher water absorbency and salt tolerance, I. E. , 1 198 g·g-1 for distilled water and 124 g·g-1 for 0.9% sodium chloride solution.
